French Mood Cube is a clothing design firm created in 2014 by Lioba Jego, who was until then responsible for the creation of wool and jersey articles for Sonia by Sonia Rikiel. When the company launched its first collection, it also commissioned atelier à propos to design its visual identity. Geometric shapes that inspire the firm's clothing design inspired the creation of its sleek and variable-geometry logo, illustrating at the same time French Mood Cube's core values: abstract, casual, subtle.French Mood Cube is just as much about geometry as it is about moods. Atelier à propos decided to illustrate these moods, which are changing by nature, by creating dozens of cubes in which interior patterns differs from one another. This large variety of shapes allows French Mood Cube’s business cards, communication cards and all other printed material to tell a different story while still being part of the same brand. The cube becomes a place for creation and expression, just like French Mood Cube company.
